Refund Policy

We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yourbrand.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Items that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective. For service bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
